TENCOR panels are manufactured in a controlled factory environment which allows us to maintain tight quality standards. Steel tables and specially designed forming components provide for consistent quality and careful adherence to the specifications mandated for every panel. Tolerances are less than 1/32" in 10 feet. Cylinder compression tests are performed to verify conformance to compressive strength of 6000 pounds per square inch. Surface voids in the concrete are reduced to less than 1/8" diameter,

requiring only a base and finish coat of paint.  This is a quality level which can never be duplicated by on-site construction.

Door frames, window attachments and service openings are securely incorporated into the steel infrastructure of the TCS during the core assembly process. Factory production ensures accuracy in the both the placement of each accessory and the strength of the attachment, a consistency not reproducible on a jobsite.

Panels are fabricated during foundation construction, saving time and money. They are manufactured in their sequence of installation and stored on pallets until required.

The end result is a factory-manufactured, quality-controlled product, which is also surprisingly less expensive!

Panels are produced coincident with construction of the foundation and outer walls of the facility.

Electrical, heating, cooling and plumbing services are easily installed prior to installation of the panels while the work areas are totally accessible.

Panels are assembled quickly with low skill labor. They can even be installed without a forklift, using a hydraulic lift designed by TENCOR.

Surface needs only base and finish coat producing 30% savings in painting.
