Flexible Space Configuration

TENCOR is committed to providing flexible solutions to the spatial needs of any facility.  Panels are produced in 3" increments from 9" to 54" in width and from 5'-0" to 10'-0" in height. Unlike modular systems which use fixed cell units, TENCOR panels allow a variety of cells, dayrooms, or even a utility chase to be incorporated into a facility.

TENCOR panels have the capability to carry a mezzanine floor slab and
mezzanine cells. The lower floor ceiling panels can be used as fixed forms for the mezzanine slab. Costs of pouring this slab are significantly reduced. This approach eliminates columns in inmate areas.

windows, security lights and air grilles, shelves, desks and beds.  A youth facility with a heavy emphasis on training and rehabilitation  can  have  the  look  and  feel  of a  dormitory.  A  maximum security facility can have the look and feel of a traditional prison.  The  aesthetic  appearance  does  not  affect  the  security  level  and conversely, the security level does not dictate the aesthetic appearance.
